บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลัง (one group pretest-posttest design) นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยทางการพยาบาลต่อสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ลงทะเบียนอบรมหลักสูตรการบริหารความเสี่ยงเพื่อคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม–ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 จำนวน 47 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3 วัน ระยะเวลา 21 ชั่วโมง ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ค่า IOC เท่ากับ 0.91 เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดสมรรถนะ QSEN จำนวน 36 ข้อ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.95 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ Paired Samples t-test
ผลการวิจัย: ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม พยาบาลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะ QSEN ทั้ง 6 ด้านสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.001) โดยด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพมีค่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงสูงสุด (t 14.196) รองลงมาคือด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (t 13.508) และด้านการดูแลโดยยึดผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลางมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด
