บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาลจำเป็นต้องบูรณาการการวิจัย การปฏิบัติโดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ การพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง และแนวทางปฏิบัติทางคลินิก อย่างไรก็ตาม ในทางปฏิบัติยังพบความไม่ชัดเจนของบทบาทและความเชื่อมโยงของแต่ละแนวคิด ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการนำไปใช้ บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์ความแตกต่างและความเชื่อมโยงของแนวคิดดังกล่าว และเสนอกรอบการบูรณาการสำหรับประยุกต์ใช้ในวิชาชีพพยาบาล
โดยพบว่า การวิจัยทำหน้าที่สร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ การปฏิบัติโดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์มุ่งคัดเลือกและประยุกต์ใช้หลักฐานร่วมกับบริบทผู้ป่วย การพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องมุ่งปรับปรุงกระบวนการดูแลในสถานการณ์จริง และแนวทางปฏิบัติทางคลินิกเป็นกลไกในการสังเคราะห์และถ่ายทอดหลักฐานสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นระบบ ทั้งนี้ บทความเสนอกรอบแนวคิดที่เชื่อมโยงองค์ประกอบดังกล่าวในลักษณะของระบบสุขภาพเชิงเรียนรู้ที่มีการใช้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับเพื่อพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ ผู้นิพนธ์ได้นำเสนอกรณีศึกษาการบริหารยาวาร์ฟาริน (warfarin) เพื่อแสดงกระบวนการบูรณาการตั้งแต่การประเมินหลักฐาน การตัดสินใจทางคลินิก การพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติ และการติดตามผลลัพธ์เชิงคุณภาพ
สรุป กรอบการบูรณาการที่นำเสนอช่วยทำให้บทบาทของแต่ละแนวคิดมีความชัดเจนและเชื่อมโยงกันอย่างเป็นระบบ สนับสนุนให้พยาบาลสามารถแปลงองค์ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยอย่างยั่งยืน
