บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบระบบตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด ดำเนินการ 3 ระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 67 คนและผู้รับบริการผ่าตัด 90 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ รูปแบบระบบตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความยากง่ายในการใช้รูปแบบ แบบวัดความรู้ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลความปลอดภัยในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 0.88 – 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบระบบตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การกำกับดูแล การจัดการตรวจสอบ การกำหนดนโยบาย การมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนา การเพิ่มการเรียนรู้ การมอบหมายหน้าที่ การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย และการทำงานเป็นทีม หลังใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ และคะแนนเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมพยาบาลสูงกว่าก่อนใช้รูปแบบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 13.103 และ t = 9.155, p < 0.05 ตามลำดับ) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean 4.61, SD 0.71) และปฏิบัติตามระบบในทุกหน่วยบริการ ร้อยละ 100 หลังใช้รูปแบบ ผู้รับบริการผ่าตัดเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ลดลงจาก ร้อยละ 11.11 เป็นร้อยละ 2.22 และอัตราการเลื่อนผ่าตัดจากสาเหตุที่ป้องกันได้ ลดลงจากร้อยละ 3.33 เป็นร้อยละ 2.22
