บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิตการเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชายที่เสพแอมเฟตามีนในชุมชน ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงปรากฎการณ์วิทยา เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการรับรู้ต่อสถานการณ์การก่อความรุนแรงตามมุมมองของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชายที่เสพแอมเฟตามีนในชุมชน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต การบันทึกเสียง และการจดบันทึกภาคสนามกับผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 8 คน ระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึง พฤษภาคม 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการตีความแบบบรรยายจากการสัมภาษณ์
ผลการศึกษา ได้ข้อค้นพบ 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ความหมายสถานการณ์รุนแรง เป็นความรู้สึกเบื่อหน่ายกับการถูกทำให้อับอายขาดความน่าเชื่อถือ เอือมระอา ท้อ จากการถูกคำพูดและสายตาคนรอบข้าง ทำให้ไม่กล้าไปขอความช่วยเหลือจากบุคคลอื่น (2) สาเหตุปัญหาพฤติกรรมความรุนแรงในผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชายที่เสพแอมเฟตามีน คือ การเสพยาบ้ากระตุ้น และขาดยารักษาอาการจิตเวช และ (3) การป้องกันความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชายที่เสพแอมเฟตามีน คือ หลีกเลี่ยงการเผชิญหน้ากับผู้ป่วย หาพื้นที่ปลอดภัย ร้องขอความช่วยเหลือจากคนที่ใกล้ชิดในสถานการณ์วิกฤติ และศึกษาช่องทางบริการการรักษาอาการจิตเวชทันที
