บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางการพยาบาลในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านของมารดาต่อความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกที่เกิดก่อนกำหนด และน้ำหนักน้อยมาก ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิด โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 22 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ๆ ละ 11 คน โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางการพยาบาลในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านของมารดา เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ (1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของมารดา (2) แบบประะเมินความรู้เรื่องการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดและน้ำหนักน้อยมาก ค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.90 และค่าความเที่ยง KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.90 และ (3) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดและน้ำหนักน้อยมาก ค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.95 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.92 เครื่องมือทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการบำบัดทางการพยาบาลในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านของมารดา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบด้วยสถิติ Mann-Whitney U test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้และพฤติกรรมสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) ดังนั้น โปรแกรมการบำบัดทางการพยาบาลในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านสามารถนำมาใช้กับมารดาของทารกที่คลอดก่อนกำหนดและมีน้ำหนักน้อยมาก ทำให้มารดาสามารถดูแลทารกได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม
