บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experiment) แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อน-หลัง (One group Pretest-posttest design) ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความปวด คุณภาพชีวิตก่อนและหลังใช้น้ำมันกัญชาทางการแพทย์ร่วมรักษา และความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง และผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้าย โรงพยาบาลชลบุรี โดยใช้แนวคิด เรื่อง ความปวดในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งและผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้าย คุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลก และความพึงพอใจของ VROOM กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งและผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้ายที่คลินิกระงับปวด และคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง 15 ราย เครื่องมือ คือ แบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรัง (Score for Chronic Pain Thai’s version: SPAASMS) แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพ (EQ-5D-5L) และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยหรือญาติต่อการจัดการความปวดหลังใช้น้ำมันกัญชาทางการแพทย์ร่วมรักษา ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่น ได้ค่าอัลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.63, 0.77 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนซ้ำ (Repeated Measure ANOVA)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความปวดเรื้อรังและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งและผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้ายก่อนและหลังใช้น้ำมันกัญชาทางการแพทย์ร่วมรักษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) โดยผู้ป่วยมีระดับความปวดเรื้อรังลดลง มีคุณภาพชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้นในสัปดาห์ที่ 2, 4 และ 8 และมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean 4.81, SD 0.27)
