บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุและการเจ็บป่วยจากการทำงาน และสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ประชากร คือ บุคลากรในแผนกซักฟอกทั้งหมด 7 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลจากการสำรวจ การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่มตามกรอบแนวคิดด้านการจัดการความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและทัศนคติความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นแอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสัมภาษณ์เท่ากับ 0.84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนาแนวทางความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบุคลากรแผนกซักฟอก โรงพยาบาลกระทุ่มแบน มี 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) การจัดการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน มี 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ประกอบด้วย การให้ความรู้ คู่มือ คลิป VDO และโปสเตอร์การปฏิบัติงาน การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันร่างกาย การกำหนดภาระงาน การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย และการนิเทศติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ประกอบด้วย การอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเชื้อโรคและผลกระทบของน้ำยาซักผ้า การแบ่งเขตพื้นที่สะอาดและสกปรก ด้านเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ ประกอบด้วย การจัดหาผ้า และรถรับ-ส่งผ้าให้เพียงพอ (2) การพัฒนาทัศนคติความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ได้แก่ การให้ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยและการใช้เครื่องป้องกันร่างกาย การสร้างแรงจูงใจและสนับสนุนให้มีการทำกิจกรรมกลุ่ม การพัฒนาแนวทางความปลอดภัยในการทำงานทำให้บุคลากรไม่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุหรือเจ็บป่วยจากการปฏิบัติงาน และมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยทุกคน
