การเสริมสร้างพลังสุขภาพจิต: กรณีศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งและญาติผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็ง

บทคัดย่อ

ผู้ป่วยและญาติผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็ง ถือเป็นภาวะวิกฤตในชีวิต ก่อให้เกิดความทุกข์ทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในทางลบ การดูแลผู้ป่วยและญาติด้วยการเสริมสร้างพลังสุขภาพจิตโดยการให้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาแบบกลุ่ม จะช่วยทำให้ผู้ป่วยและญาติผู้ป่วยสามารถผ่านพ้นปัญหาและอุปสรรคของชีวิตด้วยพลังจิตที่ดีและเข้มแข็ง และดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างมีความสุข ทั้งนี้การเสริมสร้างพลังสุขภาพจิต ประกอบด้วย พลังอึด พลังฮึด และพลังสู้ ผ่านการให้การปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาแบบกลุ่มอย่างเป็นลำดับขั้นตอน ผลการนำรูปแบบการดูแลนี้ไปใช้สามารถช่วยให้ระดับความทุกข์ลดลง และมีระดับพลังสุขภาพจิตเพิ่มขึ้นในผู้ป่วยและญาติผู้ป่วยกรณีศึกษา และการนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลควรเป็นพยาบาลที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการให้การปรึกษา ไวต่อการรับรู้ความรู้สึกของผู้ป่วยและญาติ เพื่อให้สามารถใช้เทคนิคในการให้การปรึกษา และเสริมสร้างพลังสุขภาพจิตได้เหมาะสมตามศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล
