บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อถือ ไว้วางใจต่ออาจารย์พยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ของมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งคัดเลือกด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) และคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน1 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 298 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามระดับความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจต่ออาจารย์พยาบาล ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่า IOC 0.87 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่า 0.91 และ 0.84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจในอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ซึ่งมี 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความเคารพอ่อนน้อม 2) ความมีเกียรติ 3) การรักษาสัญญาและความเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย 4) การสนับสนุนสร้างแรงจูงใจ 5) การคิดเชิงบวก 6) ความเอื้ออาทร 7) ความรับผิดชอบและไม่เห็นแก่ตัว ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (Mean 4.34, SD 0.57) ความเชื่อถือไว้วางใจในอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในชั้นปีที่ 1, 2, 3 และ 4 อยู่ในระดับดีมากเช่นกัน (Mean 4.36, SD 0.57), (Mean 4.56, SD 0.53), (Mean4.07, SD 0.69), และ (Mean 4.36, SD 0.56) ตามลำดับ
