บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาลระดับหน่วยงาน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพปัจจุบันและความคาดหวังของการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาลระดับหน่วยงาน ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดกลุ่มการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลหนองม่วงไข่ จังหวัดแพร่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ สังกัดกลุ่มการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลหนองม่วงไข่ จังหวัดแพร่ มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตั้งแต่ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 38 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและความคาดหวังในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาลระดับหน่วยงาน 10 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ 1) การมอบหมายผู้รับผิดชอบ 2) การกำหนดขอบเขตบริการ 3) การกำหนดประเด็นสำคัญและมาตรฐาน/ แนวทางปฏิบัติ 4) การกำหนดตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพ 5) การกำหนดเกณฑ์ระดับคุณภาพที่ยอมรับได้ 6) การเก็บรวบรวมและจัดการข้อมูล 7) การวิเคราะห์และประเมินผลคุณภาพการพยาบาล 8) การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพ 9) การเฝ้าระวังและพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 10) การรายงานผลการประกันคุณภาพ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับจุดประสงค์ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.6 – 1.0 และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น ด้วยการคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.945 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วย paired t - test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (mean = 3.72, SD = 0.56) ความคาดหวังที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (mean = 4.32, SD = 0.49) การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาล ระหว่างสภาพปัจจุบันและความคาดหวัง พบว่า ทุกขั้นตอนของการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการพยาบาล คะแนนเฉลี่ยความคาดหวัง มีค่ามากกว่าสภาพปัจจุบัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
