Roadmap for achievement in Thai medical device innovation

Abstract

Medical device innovation has its own characteristics because there are a lot of stakeholders including medical personnels, patients, as well as standard organizations. For achievement in medical device innovation, developer has to consider needs, related laws and regulations and confidence of medical personnels which are users. The objective of this article was to share experiences about developing Thai medical device innovation, especially the regulations of medical device registration and ISO standard management system.
