Abstract

ABTRACT

        This blended research is to study participation. Factors Influencing participation in community health development for the elderly according to the sufficiency economy philosophy. And development guidelines for participation in health development for the elderly in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province. The research was conducted in 2 steps. Step 1 quantitative research the sample group used in the research was the population is 367 voters. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. Step 2 qualitative research the target group who provided information in the interview were government officials, local organizations, community leaders, government officials in Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province, consisting of 10 people. The instrument used in this study was an interview form.

          Level of participation in community health development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy of Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province by combining variables in all 3 aspects, in order of ascending order as follows In promoting health care media (M=3.09 , SD=0.32), coordination (M=3.07 , SD=0.17) and promoting folk wisdom (M=2.98 , SD=0.68) respectively.

          Weight, importance of variables of each factor affecting the participation in health development for the elderly in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy, Na Yung District, Udon Thani Province Overall, found that the help from network partners In the role of Tambon Health Promotion Hospital government support regarding local roles community participation the coefficient of forecasting in the raw scores (b) was .258, .239, .191, .187, .052, respectively, with the coefficient of forecasting variables in the standard score format (β) 45.498, 29.174, 12.225, 13.082, 12.047, respectively.

          Development guidelines for participation in health development for the elderly in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy, Na Yung District is to clearly lay down the coordination guidelines regarding the health promotion of the elderly in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy.
