This article aims to illustrate the role of public health professions to support nutrition in school age children living in the far places from the cities. To promote this task, it should begin with exploring or surveying nutrition problem in school age children to be used for planning the practice guideline. The data surveyed should include history-taking interview and physical examination linking to weight and height measurements. The practice guideline should consider about the limited resources and raw materials or ingredients in the areas. Therefore, supporting factors, as a basis of life, related to raising high protein animals for food, planting home-grown vegetable and also applying “Sufficiency Economy Philosophy” should be considered for wellbeing.
