ผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ และทัศนคติของพยาบาล ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจิตเวช: กรณีศึกษาเครือข่ายสุขภาพอำเภอบ้านลาด จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนสมรรถนะและทัศนคติของพยาบาล ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและทัศนคติพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจิตเวชที่มีพฤติกรรมรุนแรง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานหรือทำหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจิตเวช เครือข่ายสุขภาพอำเภอบ้านลาด จำนวน 40 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะและแบบประเมินทัศนคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจิตเวช ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .93 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และการทดสอบทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะและทัศนคติในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจิตเวช หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (t = 6.29, 3.93 ตามลำดับ)
ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและทัศนคติของพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤติจิตเวชได้อย่างมั่นใจ สามารถจัดการปัญหาผู้ป่วยได้อย่างเหมาะสม เกิดความปลอดภัย ทั้งผู้รับบริการ และผู้ให้บริการ
