ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความสุขของพนักงานในโรงงานผลิตกระป๋องแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความสุขของพนักงานในโรงงานผลิตกระป๋องแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยบุคคล ปัจจัยงาน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา (IOC = 1.00) และค่าความเที่ยง ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.93 ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือการวัดระดับความสุขด้วยตนเองในงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความสุขด้วยสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนรายมิติสุขภาพกายดี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่ต่ำสุด (26.37 ± 12.42) ในขณะที่มิติจิตวิญญาณดี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (51.05 ± 52.71) ความสุขรวมทุกมิติของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ที่ 44.89 คะแนน (จากคะแนนเต็ม 100 คะแนน) ซึ่งจัดอยู่ในระดับไม่มีความสุข โดยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับระดับความสุขที่ลดลง ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส (หม้าย/หย่า/แยกกัน/เลิกรา) (Adjusted OR: 0.42, 95% CI: 0.20 - 0.88) และชั่วโมงการทำงานมากกว่า 15 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ (Adjusted OR: 0.32, 95% CI: 0.17 - 0.60) ในขณะที่ทิศทางองค์กรและภาวะผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับการเพิ่มขึ้นของระดับความสุข (Adjusted OR: 1.78, 95% CI: 1.13 - 2.79)
