ผลของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผนต่อความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดชนิด NSTEMI ที่ได้รับการตรวจสวนหัวใจ

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผนต่อความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดชนิด Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI) ที่เข้ารับการตรวจสวนหัวใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วย NSTEMI จำนวน 60 ราย ที่เข้ารับการตรวจสวนหัวใจ ณ หอผู้ป่วยหัตถการหัวใจ ศูนย์หัวใจสิริกิติ์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม (n = 30) ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลอง (n = 30) ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวล และเครื่องมือกำกับการทดลอง ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะ NSTEMI ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.99, 1.0, 0.95 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ ดำเนินการวิจัยระหว่างเดือนกันยายน 2567 ถึง เมษายน 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาสำหรับลักษณะทางประชากร ระดับความรู้ และระดับความวิตกกังวล และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Wilcoxon signed rank test, Mann-Whitney U test, Independent t-test และ Paired t-test เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความวิตกกังวล
            ผลการศึกษา พบว่า หลังการได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผน กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับความวิตกกังวลต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001)
            ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลอย่างมีแบบแผนสามารถลดความวิตกกังวลในผู้ป่วย NSTEMI ที่เข้ารับการตรวจสวนหัวใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล ซึ่งอาจนำไปสู่พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่ดีขึ้นและผลลัพธ์ทางสุขภาพที่ดีขึ้น
