ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขเรือนจำ ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 6

บทคัดย่อ
ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสำคัญต่อการสร้างเสริมศักยภาพการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ต้องขังที่เป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขเรือนจำ (อสรจ.) การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคสามารถทำนายการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขเรือนจำในเขตสุขภาพที่ 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ต้องขังที่เป็น อสรจ. จำนวน 332 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย รวมเรือนจำ 10 แห่ง ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 6 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคกับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของ อสรจ. ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 6 ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวิจัย ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาค่าที่ได้ 0.6 - 1 ความยากง่ายของแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ 0.27 - 0.8 การวิเคราะห์อำนาจจำแนก ค่าที่ได้ 0.20 - 0.91 และความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้ KR-20 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคอยู่ในระดับที่น่าเชื่อถือ โดยค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านที่ 1 เท่ากับ 0.79 และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในช่วง 0.86 - 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ กำหนดค่าความมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ อสรจ. เป็นเพศชายร้อยละ 90.66 อายุเฉลี่ย 35.9 ปี (SD = 7.91) ระยะเวลาการเป็น อสรจ. เฉลี่ย 18.5 เดือน (SD = 10.94) ส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ร้อยละ 44.58 การปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของ อสรจ. ภาพรวมในระดับดี ร้อยละ 33.73 รองลงมา คือ ระดับดีมาก ร้อยละ 27.41 โดยปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการปฏิบัติงานของ อสรจ. คือ 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการเป็น อสรจ. (B = .099, 95% CI = .044 - .153) 2) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ได้แก่ การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ (B = .344, 95% CI = .016 - .671) ทักษะการสื่อสาร (B = .63, 95% CI = .188 - 1.072) ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง (B = .46, 95% CI = .072 - .848) และการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ (B = .715, 95% CI = .365 - 1.065) สามารถร่วมทำนายการปฏิบัติงานของ อสรจ. ได้ร้อยละ 34.9 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนาและจัดอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของ อสรจ. โดยเฉพาะด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ ทักษะการสื่อสาร ทักษะการจัดการตนเอง และการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนให้ อสรจ. รุ่นพี่ทำหน้าที่เป็นพี่เลี้ยงแก่รุ่นใหม่ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของ อสรจ. ให้สามารถส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคในเรือนจำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
