ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะการห้ามเลือดในกำลังพลพร้อมรบสูงของกองทัพเรือไทย

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมการห้ามเลือด โดยเปรียบเทียบระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการห้ามเลือดของกำลังพลพร้อมรบสูงของกองทัพเรือไทยก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กำลังพลชั้นยศประทวนในกองกำลังนาวิกโยธินกำลังภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 160 คน คัดเลือกด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามหน่วยงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะการห้ามเลือด และแบบประเมินความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการห้ามเลือด ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.70 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบทีแบบจับคู่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม ผู้เข้าร่วมมีคะแนนความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะการห้ามเลือดเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) โดยมีค่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพิ่มขึ้น 3.98, 7.89 และ 6.76 คะแนน ตามลำดับ (คะแนนเต็ม 10, 20 และ 12 ตามลำดับ) นอกจากนี้ผู้ที่เคยออกราชการชายแดนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทัศนคติสูงกว่าผู้ที่ไม่เคยออกราชการชายแดน(8.43 ± 3.39 เทียบกับ 7.29 ± 3.62 คะแนน) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = .042) ผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวแสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมการห้ามเลือดมีประสิทธิผลในการพัฒนาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และทักษะของกำลังพลอย่างชัดเจน จึงควรส่งเสริมให้นำโปรแกรมนี้บรรจุไว้ในการฝึกอบรมประจำปีของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความพร้อมและศักยภาพในการช่วยเหลือผู้บาดเจ็บในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
