ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานในเขตสุขภาพที่ 4

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพยากรณ์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานในเขตสุขภาพที่ 4 โดยศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และอำนาจทำนายของปัจจัยต่างๆ ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ทรัพยากรในการบริหารจัดการ (4M’s) และแนวคิดการบริหาร POSDCoRB ต่อระดับการบริหารจัดการของศูนย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ดำเนินการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุประเภทเนิร์สซิ่งแคร์ที่จดทะเบียนถูกต้องตามกฎหมายที่เปิดดำเนินการใน 8 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สระบุรี นนทบุรี ลพบุรี อ่างทอง นครนายก สิงห์บุรี พระนครศรีอยุธยา และปทุมธานี จำนวน 147 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์แบบมีโครงสร้างซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงตามหลักวิชาการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานอยู่ในระดับสูงทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่ ด้านความปลอดภัย และด้านการให้บริการ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับระดับการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน (r = .780, p < .001) ทรัพยากรการบริหารจัดการ (r = .296, p < .001) และแนวคิด POSDCoRB (r = .392, p < .001) ทั้งนี้ความรู้และทรัพยากรสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการบริหารจัดการได้ ร้อยละ 87.7 (R² = .877, p < .001) ข้อค้นพบดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนนโยบาย การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และการส่งเสริมทรัพยากรในศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และสามารถรองรับความต้องการของสังคมสูงวัยได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
