ผลของสื่อการ์ตูนแอนิเมชันในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าต่อความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย

บทคัดย่อ

            แนวโน้มการเริ่มต้นใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเพิ่มสูงขึ้นในกลุ่มนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย ซึ่งกิจกรรมการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าสำหรับวัยรุ่นในปัจจุบันมุ่งไปที่การให้ความรู้ในการป้องกันการเริ่มสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า แต่กิจกรรมส่วนใหญ่ยังพบข้อจำกัดและขาดความเหมาะสมกับบริบทของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้สื่อการ์ตูนแอนิเมชันต่อความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย 110 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 55 ราย โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการเรียนการสอนตามปกติร่วมกับรับชมสื่อการ์ตูนแอนิเมชันในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าที่ออกแบบโดยใช้แนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและการเรียนรู้ทางสังคม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบวัดความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติทดสอบที
            ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ามากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) การศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า สื่อการ์ตูนแอนิเมชันสามารถช่วยเพิ่มความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลายได้ ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง คือ ทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษของบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ประเมินและติดตามผลการเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในด้านความรู้ในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและความตั้งใจในการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในระยะยาว
