การศึกษาประสบการณ์และความต้องการของครูอนามัยในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพศวิถีศึกษารอบด้านในโรงเรียน: การวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์และความต้องการของครูอนามัยในการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องสุขภาพทางเพศในโรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เป็นครูอนามัยในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และนำไปทดลองใช้กับครูอนามัยที่มีคุณสมบัติคล้ายกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแนวตีความ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูอนามัยมีความท้าทาย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความไม่มั่นใจและความไม่สบายใจในการสอน 2) ข้อจำกัดทางวัฒนธรรมและบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม 3) ข้อจำกัดด้านความรู้และทักษะการสอน และ 4) ข้อจำกัดด้านทรัพยากรและการสนับสนุน ครูใช้กลวิธีการสอน 5 แบบ ได้แก่ การปรับภาษาและวิธีสื่อสาร การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี การจัดกิจกรรมเชิงรุก การแยกกลุ่มนักเรียนตามเพศ และการบูรณาการกับค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ความต้องการสนับสนุนของครูมี 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะการสอน สื่อและนวัตกรรมการสอน การสนับสนุนเชิงนโยบายและสภาพแวดล้อม และเครือข่ายและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ข้อเสนอแนะสำคัญ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมครูที่เฉพาะเจาะจงตามบริบทของพื้นที่ การพัฒนาสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัยและเหมาะสม การกำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดเจน และการสร้างเครือข่ายสนับสนุนครูผู้สอนเพศศึกษา ผลการวิจัยนี้นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูอนามัยในการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องสุขภาพทางเพศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
