มุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ดูแล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้ดูแล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงในพื้นที่จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 114 คน จากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ 3) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง 4) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 5) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ภาระในการดูแล และ 6) แบบสอบถามมุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแล โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบประเมินที่ 2 - 6 เท่ากับ 0.86, 0.92, 0.89, 0.88 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงมีมุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแลระดับมาก (Mean = 4.40, SD = 0.45) และจากการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ และการรับรู้ภาระในการดูแล สามารถร่วมกันทำนายมุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงได้ร้อยละ 82.60 (R2 = .826, F = 129.289, p < .001) โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (b = .416, p < .001) รองลงมา คือ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง (b = .255, p < .001) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ (b = .172, p < .01) และการรับรู้ภาระในการดูแล (b = -.170, p < .05)
ผลการศึกษานี้เป็นข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมมุมมองเชิงบวกในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง โดยมุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนทางสังคม การส่งเสริมให้เกิดการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงมีการรับรู้ภาระในการดูแลที่ลดลง
