บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันสมรรถนะด้านการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ตามกรอบสมรรถนะของผู้สั่งใช้ยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้อมูลสมรรถนะด้านการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลของบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ในปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 4,263 คน ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหามีค่า IOC มากกว่า 0.5 ทุกข้อ โดยมีค่าระหว่าง 0.75 - 1 และมีค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โมเดลสมรรถนะด้านการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลของบัณฑิตพยาบาล ตามกรอบสมรรถนะของผู้สั่งใช้ยามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) ของโมเดลมีค่าเท่ากับ .980 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ .972 ค่าดัชนีรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเศษเหลือ (RMR) มีค่าเข้าใกล้ศูนย์ คือ มีค่าเท่ากับ .005 ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของความคลาดเคลื่อนโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) มีค่าเท่ากับ .019
