การพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงผสมวิธีขั้นสูงแบบการประเมินผลหลายขั้นตอนครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย มีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 4 ระยะ คือ 1) การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 2) การศึกษาบริบทและสภาพปัญหาการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และ 4) การประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนร่วม และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยเสริม และการรับรู้ประโยชน์ 2) บริบทและสภาพปัญหาการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย พบว่า ปัญหาของผู้สูงอายุมีดังนี้ ด้านร่างกาย เช่น โรคเรื้อรัง โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ด้านจิตใจและอารมณ์ เช่น ซึมเศร้า อารมณ์แปรปรวน และด้านสังคม เช่น ขาดคนดูแลและถูกทอดทิ้ง ปัญหาของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ขาดความรู้และทักษะ ขาดความมั่นใจ ไม่กล้าในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ต้องฝึกใหม่ สอนเพิ่มเติม 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย ประกอบด้วย 6 กิจกรรม คือ พี่เลี้ยง คู่บัดดี้ เรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ถอดบทเรียน บุคคลต้นแบบ และสร้างคุณค่าและจิตอาสา และ 4) ประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย พบว่า หลังจัดกิจกรรมตามรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้ ทัศนคติ ความพึงพอใจ และทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุสูงกว่าก่อนจัดกิจกรรมและสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม และผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการดูแลจากกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจและคุณภาพชีวิตสูงกว่าก่อนจัดกิจกรรมและสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 แสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถส่งเสริมทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้ จึงควรนำไปใช้ให้ครอบคลุมกลุ่มเป้าหมายยิ่งขึ้นรวมทั้งประยุกต์ใช้ในพื้นที่อื่นๆ ตามความเหมาะสมต่อไป
