บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดในเขตเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักของผู้สูงอายุโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือด จำนวน 120 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2563 ถึงเดือนเมษายน 2564 เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล 2) แบบสอบถามทัศนคติของผู้ดูแล 3) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ดูแล 4) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจของผู้ดูแล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดมีความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M = 165.58, SD = 28.97) 2) ปัจจัยการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูล (β = .48) การสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์ (β = .26) และการสนับสนุนด้านทรัพยากร (β = .20) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจของผู้ดูแลได้ร้อยละ 52.1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้นพยาบาลควรประเมินการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูล อารมณ์ และทรัพยากรแก่ผู้ดูแล รวมทั้งพัฒนาโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความความรอบรู้ด้านการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจในผู้ดูแลเพื่อให้เกิดศักยภาพในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจขาดเลือดให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
