บทคัดย่อ
พระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ ระบุไว้ว่า การจัดการศึกษาต้องยึดหลักผู้เรียนทุกคนมีความสามารถเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองได้ โดยถือว่าผู้เรียนมีความสำคัญที่สุด และกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา แต่ผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 สถาบันการศึกษาจำเป็นจะต้องปรับวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพเรือจึงได้มีแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติ โดยงดการฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วย ปรับวิธีการฝึกทักษะทางการพยาบาล และการประเมินผลเป็นรูปแบบอื่นๆ จากการศึกษาของ ทิศนา แขมณี เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยใช้ CIPPA Model พบว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ CIPPA model ทำให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเพิ่มมากขึ้น ช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถด้านการคิด การมีส่วนร่วมในการเรียน เกิดความสนุกในการเรียน และมีความพึงพอใจในการเรียน ผู้เขียนจึงนำแนวคิดนี้มาออกแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดให้กับนักเรียนพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพเรือ
