บทคัดย่อ
สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ในปัจจุบันได้ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงวิถีการดำรงชีวิตที่เรียกว่า “ชีวิตวิถีใหม่” หรือ “ความปกติใหม่” (New normal) รวมทั้งการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบใหม่ที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปและให้ผู้เรียนบรรลุผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรที่กำหนด
วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพเรือ เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาทางการพยาบาล สังกัดกองทัพเรือ กระทรวงกลาโหม ได้มีการกำหนดกลยุทธ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่การจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลด้วยวิถีใหม่ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลยุทธ์ คือ กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 N: New Normal Policy (การกำหนดนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาวิถีใหม่ของสถาบันการศึกษา) กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 A: Academic Assessment (การพัฒนาแนวทางการประเมินการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลวิถีใหม่) กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 V: Virtual Learning (การส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีเสมือนจริงเพื่อการเรียนรู้) และกลยุทธ์ที่ 4 Y: Youth and Moral Values (การปลูกฝังค่านิยมทางศีลธรรมในการใช้ชีวิตวิถีใหม่) ซึ่งกลยุทธ์ดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการจัดการศึกษาพยาบาลวิถีใหม่ที่ตอบสนองต่อลักษณะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 และมีคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์
