ความต้องการการดูแลสนับสนุนด้านเพศสัมพันธ์ของสตรีมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด: บทบาทพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ
บทบาทพยาบาลกับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลสนับสนุนด้านเพศสัมพันธ์สำหรับสตรีมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด ยังคงเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่มีการศึกษาเพื่อค้นหาองค์ความรู้ในการนำลงสู่การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลที่ถูกต้อง ดังนั้นบทความเรื่องนี้จึงได้ศึกษาและทบทวนเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวบรวมและสรุปสาระสำคัญ 3 ประเด็น โดยเริ่มจากการนำเสนอประเด็นแรกเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดความต้องการการดูแลสนับสนุน ตามด้วยการนำเสนอประเด็นความต้องการด้านเพศสัมพันธ์ของสตรีมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดที่เชื่อมโยงกับปัญหาใน 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ 1) การเปลี่ยนแปลงการทำหน้าที่ของอวัยวะด้านเพศสัมพันธ์ 2) การสูญเสียภาพลักษณ์ทางเพศ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ทางเพศบกพร่อง และในส่วนท้ายของบทความเป็นการนำเสนอประเด็นบทบาทพยาบาลกับการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลสนับสนุนด้านเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ครอบคลุมแนวปฏิบัติ 4 เรื่อง คือ 1) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลความต้องการด้านเพศสัมพันธ์อย่างแท้จริง 2) การให้คำแนะนำที่จำเป็นและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการอย่างแท้จริง 3) การให้ความช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนในประเด็นที่เป็นปัญหาอย่างแท้จริง และ 4) การบำบัดทางด้านจิตใจในการจัดการปัญหาเพศสัมพันธ์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้พยาบาลเกิดความเข้าใจและประยุกต์ความรู้สู่การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในการตอบสนองความต้องการการดูแลสนับสนุนสตรีมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดและคู่สมรส เพื่อให้สามารถก้าวผ่านปัญหาด้านเพศสัมพันธ์และใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างสมดุลต่อไป
