ผลของการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักต่อทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ
ทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นทักษะที่เป็นคุณลักษณะที่สำคัญของการประสบความสำเร็จ และจำเป็นต่อการทำงานและการแก้ปัญหาในสังคมปัจจุบัน การศึกษาวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักต่อทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 77 คน ในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ก่อนและหลังการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักระยะที่ 1 และระยะที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Bonferroni ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการสอนแบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักระยะที่ 1 และระยะที่ 2 แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < .001) โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการทดลองระยะที่ 2 สูงกว่าหลังการทดลองระยะที่ 1 และก่อนการทดลอง
