ปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 4 ตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 3) บรรยากาศองค์การ และ 4) การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 เท่ากับ 0.96, 0.96 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 3.98, SD = 0.48) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการนำไปสู่วัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 2) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 3) ด้านการรับรู้และตอบสนองต่อการเปิดเผยเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ 4) ด้านการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 5) ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของคนและสิ่งแวดล้อม และ 6) ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย ( = 4.10, SD = 0.46; = 4.03, SD = 0.48; = 3.96, SD = 0.49; = 3.93, SD = 0.51; = 3.93, SD = 0.55; = 3.88, SD = 0.56) ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ พบว่า บรรยากาศองค์การ และการได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 45.7 (R2 = .457) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 (F(2,89) = 37.414) โดยปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถทำนายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 (Beta = .83) ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า บรรยากาศองค์การเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ดังนั้นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนบรรยากาศองค์การให้ดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
