Creating a database to identify risky spots along whitewater rafting routes in Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province using the Google My Maps program

Abstract
Background: In particular, rafting in Pa Phayom Forest is a highly sought-after adventure tourism activity for travelers. Rafting is a popular type of tourism. There's a chance of mishap when rafting. Thus, to increase safety, it is essential to evaluate risk areas along the rafting route.
Method: This research is survey research. The objective is to assess the risk of rafting routes in Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province. To create a database to identify risk points of rafting routes using the Google My Maps program in Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province. The distance of the rafting route is set to 6 kilometers, and the data is analyzed by risk assessment.
Result: Risk Assessment with Checklist. The risky points found are Kaeng Lung Juan, Kaeng Phi, Kaeng Nong, Kaeng Mod Daeng, Kaeng Yao, Kaeng Thung Chumpon, Kaeng Wang Won, Kaeng Mai Phai, Kaeng Thara Rin, and Kaeng Ton Nam. The risky points are: fast flowing water, rocks/boulders, large trees/stumps, intersections, bushes, deep water sources, bridges, whirlpools. There are a total of 28 risky points, with 12 acceptable risk points and 16 high risk points. From the development of a program to identify risky points in whitewater rafting routes, it will be displayed in the form of a map database. When searching for each risky point, the search results and details of that point will be displayed. The color of each area is different. Green is a safe point, yellow means acceptable risk, and orange means high risk.
Conclusions: Rafting activities involve dangerous areas where participants must exercise caution and focus on their safety. to lower the number of accidents caused by people attempting the risks or rapids.
