Knowledge, Attitude and Preventive Behaviors of Covid-19 among Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel Personnel in Muang Distric, Krabi Province

Abstract
This cross-sectional survey research was conducted among 282 employees in the Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel, Krabi Province. The objectives were to study knowledge, attitudes and behaviors related to the prevention of COVID-19 and to study the relationship between personal factors, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors for preventing COVID-19 of personnel at Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel, Muang Krabi District Krabi Province.
The results revealed that 282 personnel at Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel, Muang Krabi District Krabi Province were randomly picked all from 3 hotels according to the size of the hotel, namely Centra by Centara Phu Pano (small size), Peace Laguna Hotel (medium size) and Railay Bay Hotel. (Large size). They were willing to participate in the research, found that most of the sample were female (51.77 %), average age was 36.53 years, 43.97 % were studying in high school and average monthly amount of 15,853.53 baht, received the third dose of vaccine 77.67 % and found that a half of the sample had knowledge about COVID-19 prevention at a high level (51.06 %). Most of the sample groups (76.60 %) had a high level in the attitude of preventing COVID-19 and most of the samples had behaviors to prevent COVID-19 at a high level (95.39 %), The level of attitude to prevent COVID-19 was correlated with the level of knowledge of COVID-19 prevention, however, no correlation was found with the behaviors in preventing COVID-19.
We concluded that personnel at Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel, Muang Krabi District Krabi Province has knowledge and behavior to prevent COVID-19 in a high level. Therefore, relevant government agencies should encourage and support personnel at the Alternative Local Quarantine Hotel, Krabi Province to take a part to advertise a message Including co-driven operations related to COVID-19 of the tourism sector, continuously.
