ประสิทธิผลของสื่อวีดิทัศน์แบบโมดูลเรื่องอาหารสำหรับผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้อง ตามแนวคิด ADDIE Model และผลต่อความรู้ด้านการบริโภคอาหาร โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: ผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้อง จำเป็นต้องจัดการโภชนาการที่มีความซับซ้อนด้วยตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะที่รูปแบบการให้ความรู้แบบดั้งเดิมมีข้อจำกัดทั้งด้านระยะเวลาในการให้คำปรึกษาและโอกาสในการทบทวนความรู้ภายหลังกลับบ้าน การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลของสื่อ วีดิทัศน์แบบโมดูลตามแนวคิด ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) รวมทั้งศึกษาผลของสื่อดังกล่าวต่อความรู้ด้านการบริโภคอาหารของผู้ป่วย
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลัง ดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพสื่อวีดิทัศน์ 4 โมดูล (โปรตีน ฟอสฟอรัส โพแทสเซียม และโซเดียม) ตามกรอบแนวคิด ADDIE model โดยวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจากผู้ป่วย 12 ราย ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน (ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง IOC = 0.67–1.00) และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการและผลลัพธ์ (E1/E2 หรือ Efficiency of Process/Efficiency of Product) กับกลุ่มทดลองขนาดเล็ก (n=9) ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการประเมินผลของสื่อที่พัฒนาแล้วต่อความรู้ด้านการบริโภคอาหารในกลุ่มตัวอย่างใหม่ 38 ราย ณ ศูนย์โรคไต โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังด้วยสถิติ Paired t-test
ผลการศึกษา: สื่อวีดิทัศน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการและผลลัพธ์ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 83.89/82.78 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ ภายหลังการใช้สื่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนความรู้ด้านการบริโภคอาหารเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 12.34 ± 2.87 เป็น 17.89 ± 1.45 คะแนน
สรุปผล: สื่อวีดิทัศน์แบบโมดูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิด ADDIE Model มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และสามารถยกระดับความรู้ด้านโภชนาการของผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล จึงมีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นนวัตกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้
