ความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะเครียดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ สถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะเครียดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา
วัสดุและวิธีการ : เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา 161 คน ยินยอมเข้าร่วมการวิจัยและตอบแบบสอบถามสมบูรณ์ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม - ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบวัดความเครียดฉบับศรีธัญญา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย เพื่อหาความชุกของความเครียด และข้อมูลทั่วไป สถิติการทดสอบไคสแควร์ เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียด
ผล : พยาบาลวิชาชีพสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 90.1 อายุน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 ปี ร้อยละ 54.7 และมีอายุเฉลี่ย 39.1 ± 10.9 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 54.7 ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ร้อยละ 70.8 มีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการระดับชำนาญการร้อยละ 54.0 ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานผู้ป่วยใน ร้อยละ 77.6 และปฏิบัติงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ร้อยละ 55.9 พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีภาวะเครียดร้อยละ 31.7 และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียด คือ เพศ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ และสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน
สรุป : พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีภาวะเครียด พบความชุกของร้อยละ 31.7 และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียด คือ เพศ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ และสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน จากผลการศึกษานี้ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปวางแผนช่วยเหลือในการลดความเครียดและการหาแนวทางการจัดการความเครียดในการทำงาน ซึ่งจะทำให้พยาบาลสามารถเผชิญความเครียดได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมและนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันต่อไป
