บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ทกรุงเทพ โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับการใช้บัณฑิตและการรับบริการทางการพยาบาล เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มแนวคำถามแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียจำนวน 14 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นผู้ใช้บัณฑิตจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ หน่วยงานเอกชน และผู้ใช้บริการทางการพยาบาลในชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงธีม และตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลด้วยการตรวจสอบสามเส้าและการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียสามารถสังเคราะห์ออกเป็น 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) สมรรถนะหลักและทักษะเชิงวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่ตอบสนองต่อระบบสุขภาพที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งครอบคลุมความรู้ทางวิชาชีพ การประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ ทักษะศตวรรษที่ 21 ความคิดสร้างสรรค์การแก้ปัญหา การใช้ข้อมูลเชิงวิชาการ และสมรรถนะด้านภาษา 2) คุณลักษณะด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และอัตลักษณ์ทางวิชาชีพ โดยเน้นผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลาง ความเมตตา ความอดทน ความรับผิดชอบ การตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรม และจริยธรรมดิจิทัล และ 3) แนวทางเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล สุขภาพดิจิทัล และการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก เช่น การเรียนรู้ผ่านสถานการณ์จำลองและการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตให้มีคุณภาพ สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ และตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบสุขภาพและสังคมในยุคปัจจุบันได้อย่างเหมาะสม
