บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพตามแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานของคนทำงานผลิตวัสดุก่อสร้าง คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 40 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน 1) โปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพตามแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน และ 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานตามแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงทางเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.76 - 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ paired - t - test และ Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการใช้โปรแกรมค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้โอกาสเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานการรับรู้ประโยชน์ อุปสรรค ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน และพฤติกรรมการทำงานที่มีความปลอดภัย มีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p <.05) แสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพตามแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการทำงานที่มีความปลอดภัย นำไปสู่การป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานได้
