Abstract

This research aims to evaluate achievement. Using guidelines to promote breastfeeding by transporting breast milk the CIPP Model. The target population consists of postpartum mothers who use the free frozen breast milk transportation service. Health personnel, Line Official Account administrators, and officials of private milk transport companies. A total of 47 people collected data and analyzed qualitative data with content analysis, during the study period of January 2024 to April 2024, a period of 4 months. The results found that the project has both quantitative and qualitative results. From the assessment of the context evaluation in the northeastern region, women of reproductive age migrate to work abroad. The rate of breastfeeding for at least 6 months is below the threshold. Input evaluation found that mothers who use the service after giving birth the frequency of delivery was found to be from 1 to 28 times. 97.14% had exclusively breastfed for 6 months. Process evaluation, focus on public relations plans It is the cornerstone of social success. Product evaluation appear as empirical evidence. There were 268 people who wanted to join the project and used the frozen breast milk delivery service. It was found that 210 children had been breastfed for 6 months or more, accounting for 66.45 percent. In addition, it was found that mothers who participate in the project can save approximately 5,000-7,000 baht per month on formula milk. It is recommended that the project be continuously publicized. and arrange transportation services covering areas of public hospitals and health promoting hospitals throughout the country, increasing transportation channels to spread even more, such as frozen food delivery companies, Thailand Post, expanding the network of bus companies, not limited to large companies. May consider routes of trains and passenger vans between provinces or districts.
