ปัจจัยทำนายภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนของนักศึกษาคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง

ภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนหรือภาวะหมดไฟในการเรียนเป็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นหนึ่งในสาเหตุสำคัญในการตัดสินใจออกจากการเรียนของนักศึกษาสายสุขภาพ การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายของปัจจัยคัดสรรต่อภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 1 - 4 ของมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง ประเทศไทย จำนวน 148 คน คัดเลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นร่วมกับการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบประเมินเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพพยาบาล 3) แบบประเมินความเครียด 4) แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง 5) แบบประเมินคุณภาพการนอนหลับของพิตส์เบิร์ก และ 6) แบบประเมินภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียน ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ 0.89, 0.83, 0.84, 0.81 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 61.39, S.D. = 15.25) โดยการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพพยาบาล ความเครียด และคุณภาพการนอนหลับ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนได้ร้อยละ 59 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับสถาบันการศึกษาในการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองและเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนการจัดการความเครียดและการนอนหลับพักผ่อน เพื่อป้องกันและจัดการปัญหาภาวะเหนื่อยล้าในการเรียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล
