จากความเหลื่อมล้ำสู่ความยั่งยืน: การวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางสังคมของทุนผู้ช่วยพยาบาลกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการให้ทุนการศึกษาหลักสูตรผู้ช่วยพยาบาล โดยกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) ซึ่งสนับสนุนเยาวชนที่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์และด้อยโอกาสให้ได้รับการศึกษาระยะสั้น 1 ปี และมีงานทำร้อยละ 100 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการลงทุนทางการศึกษาสร้างผลตอบแทนทางสังคมที่หลากหลาย ทั้งต่อตัวผู้รับทุน ครอบครัว สถานบริการสุขภาพ และสังคมโดยรวม ผู้รับทุนมีรายได้เฉลี่ย 13,000-25,000 บาทต่อเดือน สามารถส่งเงินช่วยเหลือครอบครัว ปรับปรุงที่อยู่อาศัย ซื้อยานพาหนะ และมีเงินออม ครอบครัวมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ลดภาวะ ความยากจนข้ามรุ่น ขณะที่สถานบริการสุขภาพได้บุคลากรที่มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีจิตอาสา และช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ขาดแคลน สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการลงทุนทางการศึกษาเพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำเป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่าและสร้างการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนอำนวยการการเรียนรู้ เพื่อสร้างพยาบาลรุ่นใหม่ที่เพียบพร้อมทั้งทักษะดิจิทัล สมรรถนะทางคลินิก และความเมตตาต่อมนุษย์
