Abstract
Objective: To promote safety from complications in patients In a cancer clinic
Method of study: This development research uses conceptual framework. Use empirical evidence with 4 phases. 1) Search for clinical problems 2) Search for evidence-based evidence 3) Try out the practice guidelines 4) Apply the updated practice guidelines to the department By collecting relevant research and empirical evidence from the database CINAHL, Pro Quest, Pub Med, Science between 2002-2016, obtained evidence that evaluates the reliability level in the application of 9 synthesis results. In the development of nursing practice guideline Passed content validation by 5 experts and revised according to recommendations
The results of the study were 9 parts of nursing standards as follows: 1 Before treatment 2 Examination period 3 Post-treatment period 4 Continuous care 5 Health promotion 6 Health coverage 7 Health information and knowledge 8 Patient rights protection 9 Nursing records
The results of the study were applied to 5 professional nurses. It was found that there were practical possibilities which were clear, easy, and convenient. By studying 20 patients, it was found that the patients were safe, without dying, receiving continuous medication according to the cycle. And 88.21% satisfied with the service.
Conclusion: This guideline should be used to experiment with patients who come to receive services. And evaluating and following up on nursing patients
