ผลของการใช้สื่อนวัตกรรมฮัก(รัก)ไตต่อความรู้ ความเชื่อการปฏิบัติตนของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรัง Effect of Using Haktai Tool Innovative on Knowledge, Believe and Health Behaviors in Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract

This research uses a quasi-experimental research in the purposes for effect of Using Haktai tool innovative on knowledge, believe and health behaviors of patients with chronic kidney disease that had complications from diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The sample consists of patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension that had complication with chronic kidney disease in Watnohngwaeng community, Khon Kaen province in a number of 30 participants. Researchers select sampled by purposive sampling selected and one group pre-posttest research design that comparison before and after experimental. The sampled was taught about chronic kidney disease, eating right for disease and consists of appropriate behaviors by uses Haktai tool innovative. The sample will be assessed for their knowledge, Believe and practice behaviors in patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension that had complication with chronic kidney disease and evaluation after 1 month of education. The research instrument consists of questionnaire, Haktai tool innovative, circular plate of CKD stage and CKD knowledge handbook, the impression of instrumental through the content of third specialists and confidence using Cronbach’s alpha was 0.74.

             The results of this study ,the sample had knowledge scores to prevent  chronic kidney disease complications from diabetes mellitus and hypertension  average pre-test score is 9.63 and standard deviation 3.02, average post-test score 13.53 and standard deviation is 1.17 and the mean scores of health behaviors to prevent chronic kidney disease from diabetes mellitus and hypertension average before trial is 2.23 and standard deviation is 0.43 , the mean score of health behaviors after test is 2.76 and standard deviation is 0.43.The research result represents the sample had knowledge and health behaviors more than before trial in statistic at the 0.05 level insignificantly accepts scores of perceptive in chronic kidney disease complications from diabetes mellitus and hypertension before and after trial are equal.

             In conclusion, educating people with diabetes mellitus and hypertension with chronic kidney disease complications by uses Haktai tool innovative, circular plate of CKD stage and CKD hand book can help sample with diabetes mellitus and hypertension with chronic kidney disease complications had more knowledge ,in addition there is an increase of self-care about health behaviors, so should bring Haktai tool innovative to use for educating patients in other communities.
