การพัฒนารูปแบบคุณภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงทางคลินิก ตามมาตรฐานของงานบริการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลอาจสามารถ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด Development of Quality Model for Clinical Risk Management based on In-Patient Nursing Care Standard in Atsamat Hospital Roi-Et Province

Abstract

This action research aimed to study the development of quality model for clinical risk management based on In-Patient nursing care standard in Atsamat Hospital, Roi-Et Province.The study participants included : 14 nursing service quality committee and 26 personals involved in In-Patient nursing care standard. Data were Collected by questionnaire, observations and focus group discussion during January to May, 2017. Research design used PAOR process from Kemmis & McTaggart included 4 steps; 1) Analysis of clinical risk situations that affect quality service from collection of data for the plan 2) Follow the plan by workshops and store relevant clinical risk reports 3) Observe plan compliance include finding, analyzing, managing and evaluating risk and 4) Reflect the results by follow up the evaluation, bring information together. The quantitative data analysis applied the descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and the inferential statistics as paired samples t-test. The qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis.

The results showed that the quality model development of clinical risk management is SMILE model which comprised as S-Sensitive, M–Management, I–Implementation, L-Learning and E-Error. The results of development clinical risk management based on In-Patient nursing care standard effected to the level of knowledge, practice, participation and satisfaction of participants were increased from the beginning with the statistical significant (p-value<0.05).
