This descriptive research aimed to explore the supportive care needs among cervical cancer survivors in Srinagarind Hospital. The participants consisted of 160 cervical cancer survivors that were recruited from the outpatient radiotherapy department and the gynecological outpatient department in Srinagarind Hospital. The data were collected from August to October, 2016. The research instruments were a Demographic Data Record Form, a History Illness and Treatment Data Record Form, and the Cancer Survivors’ Unmet Needs. Data were analyzed by using SPSS program. The findings revealed that the participants at all stages and regarding all treatments of cervical cancer reported their highest unmet needs in term of emotional and relationship issues. In addition, the participants had positive changes from being cancer survivors.
