This correlation descriptive research aimed to study the relationship between patient safety culture and quality nursing services perceived by perioperative nurses in operating room at Srinagarind Hospital. The subjects of the study were 102 professional nurses who have been working for one year or more and were not admin. The research instrument were questionnaires of perceiving on nursing service quality and the patient safety culture. The content validity of questionnaires explored by 5 experts and] Cronbach's alpha coefficient were .96 and .88, respectively. Data were collected by coordinators. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage average mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of this study revealed that
1) The total mean score of nursing service quality was at a high level ( = 3.82, S.D. = 650).
2) The total mean score of patient safety culture was at a high level ( = 3.68, S.D. = 415).
3) There was a significant positive and moderate correlation between patient safety culture and nursing service quality (r = .462, p < .01).
