บทคัดย่อ

โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญและเป็นสาเหตุหลักของการเจ็บป่วยและการเสียชีวิตของประชากร การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการควบคุมโรคและป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน อย่างไรก็ตาม ระบบบริการสุขภาพมักมีข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาและทรัพยากร ส่งผลให้เทคนิคการให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาแบบสั้นได้รับความสนใจ  ในฐานะแนวทางที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพและเหมาะสมกับบริบทการปฏิบัติงานจริง การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของเทคนิคการให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาแบบสั้นต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง โดยดำเนินการทบทวนตามแนวทาง PRISMA 2020 ใช้กรอบแนวคิด PICO ในการสืบค้นบทความจากฐานข้อมูล ThaiJo, PubMed, Cochrane, และ Google Scholar นอกจากนี้ ยังสืบค้นบทความจากเว็บไซต์และจากรายการอ้างอิง ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2559 - 2568 คัดเลือกบทความวิจัยที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ของ Joanna Briggs Institute

ผลการทบทวนพบบทความวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คัดเลือกจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 8 เรื่อง โดยในจำนวนนี้ 7 เรื่องเป็นการศึกษากึ่งทดลอง และอีก 1 เรื่อง เป็นการทดลองแบบสุ่มที่มีกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน โรคความดันโลหิตสูง โรคหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง และโรคอ้วน ผลการสังเคราะห์พบว่า การให้คำแนะนำ และ/หรือ คำปรึกษาแบบสั้นสามารถส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง เพิ่มแรงจูงใจในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม และช่วยปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก เช่น ระดับความดันโลหิต ระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือด น้ำหนักตัว และดัชนีมวลกาย สรุปได้ว่า เทคนิคการให้คำแนะนำ และ/หรือ คำปรึกษาแบบสั้นเป็นแนวทางที่เหมาะสมและมีศักยภาพในการประยุกต์ใช้ในการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
