ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลปัจจัยข้อมูลการส่องกล้องและสภาวะการเจ็บป่วย และปัจจัยความต้องการข้อมูลก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ กับความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่มารับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ ณ ห้องส่องกล้องระบบทางเดินอาหาร แผนกห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลจังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 152 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือ 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และสภาวะการเจ็บป่วย แบบสอบถามความต้องการข้อมูลของผู้ป่วยส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ และแบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลของผู้ป่วยส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.81 และ 0.76 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติไคสแควร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับมาก ความวิตกกังวลอยู่ในระดับสูง อายุและระยะเวลาการเป็นโรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และความต้องการข้อมูลข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับความวิตกกังวลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในขณะที่ปัจจัยอื่นไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวล ดังนั้นพยาบาลจึงควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมการพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ เพื่อช่วยบรรเทาความวิตกกังวลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเพิ่มความพึงพอใจในบริการต่อไป
