ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ทัศนคติต่อผู้สูงอายุ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ตำบลแห่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 128 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ดังนี้ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล 2) ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 3) ทัศนคติต่อผู้สูงอายุ 4) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 5) พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.92, 0.93, 0.90 และ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับสูง มีทัศนคติต่อผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับดี ได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับสูง มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุรายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยพบว่ามีปัจจัย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม 2) ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 3) อายุ และ 4) เพศหญิง ที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของผู้ดูแลได้ร้อยละ 56 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโปรแกรมอบรมให้ความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และการส่งเสริมเครือข่ายสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุให้มีคุณภาพ
