ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์กับปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมและผลการเรียนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเป็นกลุ่มคนที่เสี่ยงต่อการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากที่สุด ทำให้มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับคนรอบข้างในโลกความจริงลดลง ความสนใจต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนลดลง การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์กับปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมและผลการเรียนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญศึกษาของจังหวัดนครราชสีมากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 6 จำนวน 123 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลในเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ถึงกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2568 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไปและผลการเรียน แบบสอบถามการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และแบบสอบถามการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ซึ่งแบบสอบถามทั้งสองส่วนมีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่ผลการเรียนอยู่ในระดับดีมาก การเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ในระดับสูงมาก (r= -0.849) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < .001 แต่ทั้งการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการเรียน การติดสื่อออนไลน์ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส โรงเรียนระดับอำเภอ และโรงเรียนระดับจังหวัดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < .05 ดังนั้น ครูจึงควรจัดกิจกรรมให้นักเรียนมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนในชั้นเรียนมากขึ้น กำกับดูแลไม่ให้นักเรียนใช้สื่อออนไลน์มากเกินไป ซึ่งอาจจะเกิดผลเสียต่อสุขภาพกายและจิตใจของเด็กนักเรียน พยาบาลควรหาวิธีหรือกิจกรรมที่สร้างความตระหนักให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนถึงการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดผลกระทบกับปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกับคนในครอบครัวและบุคคลรอบข้าง
