ปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดนครพนม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของปัจจัย ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์และทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) จังหวัดนครพนม คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ จำนวน 107 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ความสามารถส่วนบุคคล 3) การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 4) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน อสม. และ 5 ) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .72, .79, .95 และ .78 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การทดสอบทีแบบอิสระ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อสม.ส่วนใหญ่มีความสามารถส่วนบุคคล การสนับสนุนทางสังคม แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานเป็น อสม. และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 อยู่ในระดับมาก รายได้และอาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับน้อยกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานของ อสม. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความสามารถส่วนบุคคลและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับน้อยกับระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ของ อสม. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 แรงจูงใจการปฏิบัติงานเป็น อสม.มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ของ อสม.อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 โดยพบว่ามีปัจจัย 5 ด้านคือ 1) แรงจูงใจการปฏิบัติงานเป็น อสม. 2) อาชีพค้าขาย 3) สถานภาพโสด 4) รายได้ของอสม.และ 5) อาชีพเป็นพนักงาน สามารถทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวานของ อสม.ได้ ร้อยละ 60
