ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมในการป้องกัน โรคโควิด-19 ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดอุดรธานี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วิธีการสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 2) ระดับพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 294 คน ในจังหวัดอุดรธานี สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม – มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรค ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือได้ค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา (Content validity index: CVI) ของแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคเท่ากับ 0.88 และ 0.91 ตามลำดับ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่า เท่ากับ 0.94 และ 0.90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี พฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคอยู่ในระดับดี ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) การมีผู้ดูแลนักเรียนเป็นหลักมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ประวัติการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคโควิด-19 ของบุคคลในครอบครัวและประวัติการได้รับวัคซีนของนักเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 อย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05 และ < .01) ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นพยาบาล บุคลากรสาธารณสุข และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนและผู้ปกครองมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเรื่องโรคและการป้องกันโรค
